At the beginning of each appointment, we will take time to review your personal needs and goals. Then we create a treatment plan and together choose from the wide-breadth of services. Nervous system coaching is integral to my approach to massage, craniosacral therapy and overall wellness.
Current Rates are:
Bodywork- $125 / 60 minutes , $190 for / 90 minutes
Organic Intelligence Nervous System Coaching- $140 / 60 minutes, $210 / 90 minutes
I offer sliding scale rates for activists, Black folks and BIPOC, and folks who otherwise do not have access.
